It’s a famous Texas saying, and it’s particularly appropriate for this Blog.
After almost 3 years of work, hellbent on gaining the #1 position in Temecula Hotels, we were delighted (and shocked) with the news released by TripAdvisor late last week: We have received national recognition as one of the best hotels in the USA.
Every year Trip Advisor releases their Top-25 lists: United States, The World and Regions (Africa, Asia, Middle East, etc.). The ranking rules are simple: The largest percentage of Excellent and Very Good reviews to total reviews written by actual paying guests (not the opinion of a jaded travel writer on a comp’ed stay).
This ranking completely reflects guest satisfaction because it includes the value received by the guest, including the room price. So to be clear: These are the higher rankings by customer satisfaction.
The big winners were:
#1 in the World: The Gili Lankanfusi in the North Male Atoll, Maldives
#1 in the United States: The Langham in Chicago
#1 in California: The Grand Del Mar in Del Mar
#13 in the USA, #3 in California? PONTE VINEYARD INN!
