On the dinner menu: Paccari pasta with shrimp and asparagus

A year is a long time, isn’t it?  365 days…one would think it would go by so slowly.  But, no, in all reality a year goes by in the blink of an eye.  At least, it has when it comes to Bouquet Restaurant.

Located inside Ponte Vineyard Inn, Bouquet is nearing its first year of operation and gearing up for a busy summer. When we first opened back in May 2012, we were only serving breakfast for our valued hotel guests. We then anxiously introduced a dinner menu and opened up our doors to our beloved Wine Club Members so they, too, could experience what new foods were being offered at the Inn. By July Bouquet was taking reservations for not only our hotel guests and Members, but outside guests as well.

With a year under our belts, and a new spring-inspired menu, Bouquet is ready – and eager – for another fantastic summer. The southern California summer bounty is among the best in the country and we can’t wait to showcase our local meats, cheeses and produce (not to mention wines) to you.  Our values of attention to detail and a constant focus on excellence run deep into our cores and we would love the opportunity to create an experience for you, one plate and glass at a time.
