Dear Members:

Progress continues on the hotel. As the enclosed photos show (they were taken by a friend on a balloon ride), the wooden enclosure is finished.

We are still making some minor changes to the interiors, which I hope will be done this week, and the framers will be gone for good.

The scaffolding is mostly up, so stucco work should start very soon.

Our current schedule shows we should be done with all exterior building work, including roofing, just before Christmas. Interior drywall and taping should also be finished before the break. This leaves two full months to install interiors (tile, pain and carpet), mount fixtures (lighting, plumbing, etc) and complete the site with landscaping. Hopefully the rains will not cause delays.

We expect to move in furniture and equipment the first two weeks of March at the latest and be open on April 1st.
